Area(s) of Research
Current research fields include all aspects of polymerisation catalysis:
• Ziegler-Natta, metallocenes, late transition metals and lanthanide polymerization catalysis
• conception of new catalysts, adaptation to polymerisation processes, activation, mechanisms of catalytic polymerisation
• application of polymerization catalysis to olefins and dienes polymers and copolymers
• new developments in polymerisation catalysis: (co)polymerisation of polar olefins, catalytic polymerisation in water dispersion
• catalysis in polycondensation (polyesters, polyamides)
• catalysis using solid lewis acids including cationic isobutene polymerisation
• radical and controlled radical polymerization
• improvement of polymerization processes.
